Rooms need modernization, particularly with dated decor and insufficient power outlets!!! Bathroom designs could use rethinking, especially the lack of shower screens leading to water issues. An improved cooling system would be appreciated during hot nights!!!

The breakfast was honestly a highlight, I mean it had a good variety of cakes and pastries that got my day started right, and the staff were super friendly , always willing to help out. I also loved the convenience of the bike storage room, made my trip so much easier, honestly can't complain.

I loved the cozy vibe of my room. The balcony view of the park nearby was such a nice touch. The pool and garden were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just wish the lift was a bit bigger as it was always crowded, but it didn't ruin my stay. 😊

The location was stunning, nestled in beautiful Chiavenna. We had a fantastic time tennis-playing as a family. The atmosphere was lively, and my father really enjoyed relaxing at the nearby café while we explored the area.
